Mongolian Oak Green Initiative
Laizhou Distillery partners with Beijing Forestry University in a long-term conservation program for China's native oak species – Mongolian Oak (Quercus mongolica). By screening excellent individual trees in China and continuously breeding and selecting superior varieties, the program ensures that Mongolian Oak meet aging standards and stable quality, promoting the localization of Chinese whisky cask in the future and supporting the sustainable development of China's whisky industry.
